The Law of Karma

don't feel like writing this morning, for real, but words came into my heart and I needed to put them down. They may not make perfect sense right now, but they will someday—so excuse my "Rubbish Writing" for now. ​The Law of Karma ​It takes longer than expected. Why do I feel this way? Because at some point, you want that malicious act to get its reward ASAP. You want that toxic individual who claims to be above everyone to see how it actually feels to be in the shoes of those they look down on. ​Revenge is that exact feeling. I watch movies and I can't wait to see the villain taste their own medicine. It seems so much faster in the movies—in less than two hours, they actually get what's coming to them. So why doesn't it hit that way in real life? ​You could easily say, "Life is slo" (shoutout to Ef moon), or you could say their children will suffer for it later. But whichever way you look at it, the core issue is the hurt you feel inside. How do you heal enough to stop wishing karma catches up with them? ​Permit me to say things you might not fully grasp, but at this point... can we say the Law of Karma actually gives room for repentance? Because for real, these days it feels like the wicked get away with everything, while the good never get good in return. But come to think of it: does it really work that way? ​No. I don't think so. ​Remember this: holding on may feel like forever, but letting go might actually be the best decision you ever make. ​But how do you let go? How do you say, "I forgive," when hearing that same person disappoint someone else instantly reignites your anger? ​I have a theory, though: I feel like letting go actually brings karma closer than you think, lol. ​Just my theory—don't mind me. ​Blooms
